What it is

The detail page for one anonymous student ID. Shows the latest Engagement, Readiness, and Yield analyses with the signals Celia weighted, plus the score history over time so you can see whether they're trending up or down.

What you can do here

  • See the latest analysis per dimension with the contributing signals ordered by weight.
  • Read the recommendation — Celia's one-line "next best action" for this student.
  • Walk back through history — past run-by-run scores and what changed.
  • Read the Fraud Assessment card — a collapsible panel showing the latest Fraud Protection result: level (None → Critical), confidence, categories, up to five indicators with severities, a short context explanation, and whether Celia recommends a review. Only present when the student's Flow has Fraud Protection enabled (Enterprise plan). See the Fraud Protection guide.
  • Open the Slate record — the external-link button opens the same student in Slate using your slate_base_url.

Common workflows

Investigate a Critical-tier alert

  1. Click the student from the dashboard at-risk tile or /students?tier=critical.
  2. Read the Risk factors and the Recommendation.
  3. Open the Slate record (external-link button) and take action there.

Review a fraud signal

  1. Open the student from the Students list (the Fraud Level badge marks flagged rows).
  2. Expand the Fraud Assessment card and read the categories, indicators, and context. Treat it as a signal for human review, never a determination — a flagged record can have an entirely innocent explanation.
  3. Open the Slate record (external-link button) to see the full, named record.
  4. Follow your institution's review process — route to whoever owns application or aid integrity review, and document the outcome in Slate. Never take an adverse action based on the flag alone.

Confirm a turnaround

  1. Open the student detail.
  2. Scroll to the score history.
  3. If the dimension that was Critical has trended back to Medium / Low across two consecutive runs, the intervention worked.

Common gotchas

The page is empty

The student exists in Slate but has not yet been analyzed by any Flow. Add them to a Flow's query result and wait for the next run.

No fraud card on this student

The Fraud Assessment card only renders when Fraud Protection ran for the student's most recent analysis. If it's missing, the Flow's Fraud Protection toggle is off, or your plan is not Enterprise. That's expected — see the Fraud Protection guide for how to enable it.

The signals look generic

Celia is reasoning over your Data Dictionary. Add more entries in /settings/data-dictionary and Celia will produce richer, more specific signals on the next run.
