Download a full JSON export of your tenant's CeliaConnect data — scores, run history, dictionary, and audit log summary.

Who uses this
Every authenticated team member. Rate-limited to one export per hour per Org.

What it is

A single-button page that produces a tenant-scoped JSON export of your CeliaConnect data. Use it for your own records, compliance handoffs, or to verify what CeliaConnect holds about your Org before or after cancellation.

The export is generated on demand — it reflects the state of your tenant at the moment you click the button. The export is audit-logged (the fact of the export and who initiated it, not the contents).

What the export contains

  • Flow definitions and configuration history.
  • Per-student scoring history (anonymous IDs, scores, narratives, run timestamps).
  • Data dictionary entries.
  • Activity log summary (action codes and timestamps — no PII field values).
  • Support ticket metadata (titles and descriptions as filed).

What it does not contain

  • Staff personal information (names, email addresses, job titles) — this is intentionally excluded per the security review requirements.
  • Slate credentials — those are stored envelope-encrypted in KV and are never part of a data export.
  • Any student PII — CeliaConnect never holds it to begin with.

What you can do here

  • Download export — click the button, wait a few seconds, and the browser downloads a JSON file.
  • Rate limit: one export per hour per Org. If you need a fresh copy sooner, contact support.

Common workflows

Pre-cancellation data preservation

  1. Open Settings → Data export.
  2. Click Download export.
  3. Store the JSON file in your records system before initiating cancellation.
  4. Note: after cancellation you have a 30-day grace window during which the tenant can be reactivated and another export can be taken. After the grace window the tenant database is permanently deleted.

Compliance review

  1. Download the export.
  2. Provide the JSON file to your compliance reviewer alongside the Activity log CSV export from Settings → Activity log.

Common gotchas

Button is disabled

An export was already taken within the last hour. The page shows the timestamp of the most recent export. Wait until the hour window expires, or contact support if you need an immediate re-export.
